Promenade of the stars

The Promenade of Stars was created by the tradition that every year for a stretch of the beautiful promenade of Jesolo is dedicated to a famous artist, and from there it derives its name.

Jesolo houses since 2001, internationally renowned artists that with their name is called the promenade.

Since 2001 each summer takes place this unique event and the first one was dedicated a section of the walk was the movie star Alberto Sordi.

Currently Jesolo seafront boasts famous names like: Alberto Sordi, Gina Lollobrigida, Andrea Bocelli, Mara Venier, Lino Banfi, Katia Ricciarelli, Carla Fracci, Mike Bongiorno, Christian De Sica, Nancy Brilli, and in 2009 the name of the greatest Italian actress Sophia Loren.

Each artist leaves a mark "with the imprint of their hands on a mold, which is then exhibited at the Museum of the Kursaal in Piazza Brescia.
